When ordering from JoJoJewellery, you have understood and accepted my terms and conditions.

At JoJoJewellery I reserve the right to change the pricing and stock at any time on the website.

Due to the nature of natural stones, glass etc, hand made silver, and the nature of some of my designs, they may differ slightly from the picture on the website. If a stock item is unavailable or discontinued, and beads and colours are not available an alternative will be offered.

POSTAGE AND PACKAGING Postage is £3 for up to 3 items, and a further 50p postage for each extra item. 

DELIVERY OF YOUR ORDER
 Once I receive your order I should send out within 3 working days, where you will receive an email detailing your despatched order. But for busy times please allow for up to 28 days before contacting me.
Jewellery will be dispatched in a gift box in a jiffy bag, 1st class Recorded Royal mail post, and will need to be signed for. I cannot accept responsibility for lost or damaged parcels during posting. Please fell free to give me an alternative address for a gift to be sent. Please make sure you supply another address for the invoice, otherwise it will be sent with the gift. I am happy to deliver to overseas customers. Please email me at jojojewellery@gmail.com. 

RETURNS AND REFUNDS
 Returns are accepted if a piece of jewellery is returned within 7 days, and only if they are faulty. Please email me at jojojewellery@gmail.com before returning the package. Please use the following guidelines:
  • Return in original packaging
  • Return within 7 days of delivery
  • Please enclose original invoice
